Customer Data:

The Organization's standard IT services do not require the Organization to collect or independently maintain personal information belonging to customers or their end users. Da4K Technologies will not

• Request unnecessary personal information from customers;

• Collect customer personal data for marketing, profiling, or monetization purposes;

• Sell or rent personal information;

• Use personal information for purposes unrelated to authorized business activities; or

• Retain customer information beyond legitimate contractual or business requirements.

• Where a customer voluntarily provides personal information for communication, business coordination, contractual administration, or support purposes, such information shall be handled in accordance with this Policy and applicable security controls.
